To an untrained eye it might look like this girl forgot her pants.  To those people living in San Francisco, they will immediately recognize this as the pantsless Bart ride, the yearly tradition where rides of Bay Area Rapid Transit forgoe pants for a while.  Gotta love San Franicisco, a city I also call home.
