Caso seja constatado pelo laudo da assistencia tecnica que nao ha vicio no produto, ou ainda que o vicio tenha sido causado por mau uso por parte do Cliente, a Hardstore Informatica devolvera o o mesmo produto ao remetente, isentando-se da obrigacao de troca e de despesas de frete geradas por este reenvio.
