This shows the switch settings for the 3G2C7-LK201. Couple of things to check. Syswin would need to be run on Windows XP. Will not run properly on newer Windows OS. Does the computer have a real serial port or are you using a USB serial adapter. Many of the adapters cause issues with communications. Omron CS1W-CIF31 is not cheap, but is works with everything.
