Das Gerat wird standardma?ig mit einem Turbo-Lichtleiter mit einer Lichtaustrittsoffnung von 8 mm Durchmesser geliefert. Lichtleiter von anderen Geraten durfen nicht verwendet werden. Als Zubehor sind ein Maxi-Faserstab mit 13 mm Durchmesser fur gro?ere Flachen, z.B. fur Fissurenversiegelungen, und ein Proxi-Faserstab mit punktformiger Lichtaustrittsoffnung, z.B. fur Approximalraume, erhaltlich. Dazu muss in der Regel eine deutlich wahrnehmbare Kraft aufgewendet werden. Deshalb sind zu Anfang weniger Belichtungen mit einer Akkuladung moglich. Sind 20 sec eingestellt, springt die Einstellung wieder auf 5 sec. Beruhrung mit dem Fullungsmaterial vermeiden! - Den Lichtleiter immer sauber halten, um volle Lichtintensitat zu erzielen. - Beschadigte Lichtleiter beeintrachtigen entscheidend die Lichtleistung und mussen auch aufgrund der Verletzungsgefahr durch scharfe Kanten sofort ausgetauscht werden. Messung der Lichtintensitat Eine zuverlassige Bestimmung der Lichtintensitat des Elipar FreeLight 2 Handteils kann nur an der dazugehorigen Elipar FreeLight 2 Ladestation vorgenommen werden. Die Messflache befindet sich an der Ladestation auf der Stellflache fur das Handteil. Eine Messung am Elipar FreeLight Ladegerat (Vorganger von Elipar FreeLight 2), als auch an anderen Geraten fuhrt wegen der unterschiedlichen Lichtquellen und der unterschiedlichen Anordnung der Geratebauteile zu falschen Ergebnissen. Oder: Einen defekten Lichtleiter gegen einen neuen Lichtleiter austauschen.
