Great space in the trunk, reliable, good on gas consumption, and a joy to drive every day. It fits 4 of us comfortably. Rides great for being a sportier car and it's fast. I called and talked with Adel and he told me all about it. Adel had the car all ready for us and it was everything he said that it was. He gave us a discount for the plane tickets, paid for the Uber and made us feel very confident in the purchase. After a 3-day, 1900 mile trip back (by way of Mt. Rushmore), we couldn't be happier. I opted for the dsg because of all the stop and go driving around Houston and so glad I did. Shifting is smooth and quick especially in sport or just using the paddles on the steering wheel. Infotainment system is slick and responsive to the touch and voice commands. Buy this car and I promise you, you’ll never look back! Ryan agreed to meet me at a time that was not congruent with his schedule, but was ideal for mine. This was very much appreciated! I am still working on knowing the ins and outs of the technical features but I have come a long way from the initial first experience. All the models were clean and ready to look at. It’s quick, agile and comfortable. In fact, the 2017 GTI Sport is often argued to be the perfect GTI - everything you need, nothing you don’t. An extra 10HP, bigger breaks, Xenon headlights, red badging, plaid seats, unique 18” rims, Apple CarPlay and no sunroof (they add weight and are rarely used). Plus the versatility of a GTI with its hatch and fold-down seats is excellent. Top it off with 28MPG even with my fairly aggressive driving (my bad) is decent. I mean, with the DSG in Sport driving mode, how can I not push her a bit? We were coming from about 3 hrs away and had talked to other dealerships that said it was first come first serve and if we drove a couple hours and got there and it was gone, sorry. But the people at International Car Center said they would be happy to do that for us. We got there and everybody was great to work with. I didn't feel like they were trying to pressure us and felt like we negotiated a fair deal. I don't have any complaints about them. It was a very positive experience. Yes, a few of the plastics are hard-touch, but they're part of what make this car such a great value for money. I'd gladly trade some soft-touch plastics (that peel in the sun anyway) for this engine and handling.In this case, however, they're right. The 20 extras HP are pretty nice as well.The seats are the best of any car I’ve tried. The current model rides a lot more smoothly than my earlier Mk5 without sacrificing handling, which is one of the great joys of driving this car.The Mk5 was a hot rod and a blast to drive but not notably reliable. My current Mk7 has been really good, except for blowing the turbo at around 70K. With the warranty it cost me 100 bucks to repair. I will probably get the extended package again on my next GTI, and there will be another.That really pays off at trade time and lowers the cost of ownership substantially. If you’re leasing you’ll see that in some real deals there.It does everything I want in a car and leaves me with a smile on my face. Absolutely love it! It’s sporty, comfortable, safe, and reliable. It has a great design and wonderful features that come standard. So happy it’s a stick shift, has a turbo that accommodates regular gas, has great get up and go, and has PLAID HEATED SEATS!!! It handles like a dream, gets awesome gas mileage, and has amazing technology. Sorry Mini, this car is leaps and bounds above yours. Better Handling, ride, power and the dual clutch transmission is amazing. The infotainment system is so much better too. No comparison. Karl, Harry and others worked hard to give us the best offer and that is greatly appreciated. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!
) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed. My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Thanks Carvana! Tried to negotiate a price based on other dealers in the area for the same vehicle and was told that the price listed was the price you pay! Feels great, looks great, quick driving machine. I have been very happy with this car, it's done everything I've asked it to. Staff was available and when I asked for the sales person that I had been communicating with, salesperson was waiting. I'm performance car enthusiast but with a budget. I'm also a senior who loves to drive fast. The engine DSG trans and suspension work so well together plus a surprising amount of storage for versatility. Comfortable on trips too. The seats are great.

All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) So we called, made an appointment and came in to the see the car. We asked for the price and were given a quote. We came in 4 days later to see the car again. Salesmen mentioned it seemed we liked the car and other people were interested and suggested we put a deposit down. We went inside, drew up paperwork. We did the typical back and forth games dealerships play with you. In the end, we settled on the same price we were quoted originally and got a free oil change. We signed a printed document with the price, taxes, dealership fees and oil change and both signed. They then drew up temporary purchase agreement. We put our deposit down and left. We shook the salesmen hand. We waited for him to get his manager, Tom. Chatted about how we would love to service our new car here, he mentioned what a great deal we were getting on the car. Went over the paperwork again and shook hands. They had a few more safety inspections to do, so we couldn't make the deal today. One, this was ridiculous to move up the price as we signed a contract and shook hands on the deal.
