Such as, it didn't drain all the water, the door is not locking, it is unbalanced, the pressure switch does not operate or there is a hole in the pressure switch tube. The drain pump has a foreign object stuck in the impeller. Just a few to checkAny ideas on how to fix this? If you look closely at the washer at the bottom you will see a groove. That groove is where that spring will need to end up otherwise the whole thing will keep poping off.how I install is I use a 90 degree pick tool. I work the edge of the seal with the metal ring and making sure it lines up with the groove.Once you get that completed I push down on the spring to make sure that it is in there. Mildew problems from day 1 and no quick cycle for people with kids who play sports!!! Do not waste your money. Lots of mold and stinky clothes. Also keep getting clothes ruined because stains do not come out, just transfer to the next garmet because not enough water in drum. Even have problems with bleach stains from one load transferring to the next load!!Have used great front loaders in Europe without these problems. It certainly isn't an efficient use of our time.Last washer lasted over 20 years. This thing is garbage! Bought 5 year warranty from Lowes.Better buy a 55 gallon jug of bleach to get rid of the mildew or you will smell like mildew!!!Techincian came back to replace the circuit board and check the dryer. Bosch reconfigured the wiring harness and no instructions on a fix???Ordered heating element for dryer. (PS the heating element goes in from the back)Washer not fixable and they sending me a Lowes gift card for the purchase and taxes!!!The door has been replaced, the seals have been replaced, the clothes and machine smell, and we have had to have repair people to unlock the door three times. We are going back to a top loader.It does take a long time per load but has never given us any problems that were not expected with a front loader.Vinegar takes care of it. So does Lysol. It is also easily prevented by leaving the door open until the seal dries.Wish I would of returned it. It stinks and I can't clean it enough with clorox but the mold is still there. I tried to return it after having 2 months, but Lowe's would not take it back. Do not purchase this machine. My entire laundry room stinks, because of this washer. All my towels and underwear stink badly, and colors are fading. Sometimes it takes forever to finish cycle.I talked to Lowe's and they said they have had numerous complaint with Bosch washer and dryers cracking. Lowes said it is a manufacture defect. As long as you put in less soap to begin with - you shouldn't have the problem these other 1 star people commented - I hope they realize this before they get rid of the machine. My clothes come out smelling great. You do have to leave the door cracked in order to let it dry so it doesn't mildew but that's with all frontloaders. Great washer for the price. I am not happy at all with this washer. It constantly goes off balance (I guess)and leaves my clothes weighing about 100 pounds with all the water left on them because it will not spin fast enough at the end of the wash cycle. I don't like the idea that the water amount in the drum is designed on the weight of the clothes that you put in, to me there is never enough water to wash the clothes. This tells me that this washer does not do the job effectively. I would not recommend this to anyone.It makes me sick that we spent so much for this machine. I feel like we got ripped off. It's no good!!!!!!! It belongs in a junk yard. It smells bad, it's moldy around the seal, it gets gunk around and up under the seal. You have to clean it every time you use it, and it still smells bad. It doesn't always spin the water out of your clothes. Some times they are ringing wet with water. You spin them again and it may or may not work. It doesn't rinse the soap out. There is not one thing positive that I can say about this machine. I regret ever buying it and wish I could send it back. Excellent cleaning, great dispensers and does not get the musty smell like my not so good machine - Maytag Neptune. It's easy to do. How?

The rubber seal becomes moldy and is extremely difficult to clean out. We have decided after three years of fighting with our laundry to get a new machine. This washer doesn't fit as much in the bin as is advertised (3 towels and a few shirts is the max per load); it doesn't clean well; we've had cycles last upwards of 2 hours before finishing if you accidently put in too much soap. Now, 2 years later, our clothes often come out with a moldy smell. Until the tub on it broke after 5 years of use (a fluke) we never, ever had trouble with our Kenmore machine. Clothes were clean, cycles were short. As soon as we can afford it we are dumping this piece of trash and going back to a Kenmore. The absolute worst washer ever. Have proper amp draw and voltage. Checked and regulator shut off valve is closing on its own shutting down flow. Opened valve twice and will ignite but won’t stay lit. Unit needs regulator.; ordrng 1 WB19K28 (pressure regulator)Could not find any water residue in unit. Unit is sitting on wooden platform next to dryer. Told customer to monitor the situation.Multiple parts are NLA having homebuyers checks on parts. Unit is 10-15 years old in the kitchen and it’s white also gas.Cycled ice maker to test and it operates as it should. Also found crush tines broken from auger.Upper bake element is shorted open. Customer also states thermostat for lower oven seems off. Ran unit in preheat to 400 degrees to test. Lower oven is sluggish to heat but is heating. Oven is about 100 degrees cooler than setting. Thermostat is no longer available. Please order upper bake element.; ordrng 1 5309950887 (bake element)Cleared out hot water valve. Instructed customer to use cleaning tablets to help with residue on clothes. Checks okAdjusted fan cover. Checks okFound that the case of the freezer on the bottom right corner under the front foot was leaking. Insulation was busting out of case and unit was forming condensation and leaking on the floor. No repair due to issues with the linear and case.
