I have got an old jigsaw from a box lot at a workshop clearence sale that is a bit of a puzzel. It was made by Scintilla in Swtzerland and branded as a LESTO. Trouble is there is no blade fitted (or even the stump of one ) and, of corse, no instructions as to what it takes or how to fit it. A google found this old thread where STEPHEN MILLER says he has a LESTO so I hoped he or someone else can help. What I realy need is a description or pic of the blade and instructions for fitting. SteveBosch aquired the company in the early 60s and they of course had the same problem. The bans were lifted in the late 60s and the Bosch brand was adopted for exports. The blade goes in sideways, then you turn it to face the front of the saw, and tighten the lock screw on top with the thin screw driver.Thse instruction are great as they confirm what someone else told me so I know I am doing right now.
