Prise this open from the top and the filter is just behind this. Open up the filter and remove any debris which is in there. And also look at the back and you will see the pump impeller. Make sure this isnt jammed up. It should ping round in stages. If its stiff to turn the pump is at fault and will need to be replaced. Then refit the filter and see how it goes from there. May need a few towels for this if its still full of water. If you have the drain hose out lower it into a bucket as this should drain the water out by gravity. Just lift the hose up to stop the flow of water. If you need anymore info just get back to me.There isnt a filter on this model. But if you pull the washer out and then just lean it backwards against a wall. You may need someone to hold it for you. Then from there look under it on the right hand side towards the front is the drain pump. Take this off and take off the hoses. Take the pump back off again and take the pump part off the plastic hoseing unit. Then if the impeller is jammed the X piece is the impeller then just free it off. Then try and turn it. It should ping round in stages. If its stiff to turn then its faulty and needs to be replaced. Be prepared for more water. Check filter for clogging. To avoid this make sure your wash is mixed with big and small clothes. Still not good, remove belt, unscrew 2 bolts that hold the motor, unplug the motor connector, lever the motor back with a screwdriver. I have had great success when a soap drawer has been soaked in hot water with some time especially with bleach it will ensure that all the bacteria gets wiped out and will help remove any build up of lime scale. This needs to be removed and cleaned as if it is not clear then often the siphon will not work correctly. In almost all machines these just pull off for cleaning and the tubes need to be cleaned with a small brush. It can also cause other issues, like the soap drawer not clearing the water properly or may cause the machine to leak from the soap drawer in extreme cases, as well as resulting in the machine not taking the conditioner into the drum on the final rinse.
