Verified This unit doesn't have codes for this model, it was made before they added codes to the machine since it was the first Nexxt model they put on the market. To see the service manual, you'd need an authorized servicer log in which I can not give you. But that being said, I can tell you how to get the door open. If the door remains locked, either the washer isn't draining and you'll see water in the tub when you get the door open, or the door latch has failed and will need to be replaced. There is a tiny hole on this round access panel. This give you access to the drain catch. To the left of the drain catch is a pull string which you can pull down on to manually unlock the door. If the tub is full of water, then you'll need to unscrew the drain catch cap and remove any debris inside.
Be careful because all the water in the tub will come flooding out when you unscrew this cap so be prepared and unplug the washer. If you don't find anything in the drain catch, you'll need to replace the drain pump which is NOT easy. We are on the honor system here. I calibrated this board. Machine will not start. Sometimes, it appears the inside of the machine is not heating up. I programmed I have a front loader GE profile washing machine. I programmed the wash I wanted and the display said locked and it looked like it was going to start washing. Water will run into it, water will pump out on spin, but the tub will not move. Just bought it so I'd have 1 handy when the belt on our Bosch washing machine decided to quit. Locally the belt is pretty pricey. Don't want to be in that situation.It was also the best advertised price at. It was also the best advertised price at Amazon. Great Product!

Held them with a little duct tape until snug. Once new hinge was on I was able to attach the door. Very simple repair that took me approx 10 mins. Fifth - part arrived Wednesday morning by Fed Ex. Seventh - replaced top portion of washer and back but only put in two screws just in case another leak sprung up. Eighth - turned water back on and NO LEAK! Ninth - did a quick load consisting of 2 dog sweaters (tiny dog) just in case washer did not work. Tenth - all went well - still no leak and screwed back in all 15 little screws in back of washer and moved back into position and we did not have any parts left over after repair. Many thanks for having the part I needed with photo and getting it to me so quickly.The boot was no problem, I had the old one off and the new one on in 20 minutes.I tried till both of my thumbs were bleeding from the pressure. So I took off the top control panel, had access to the top of where the boot clamp groove is. I took one end of the wire off the spring, lubed it up with dish soap, put it around the bottom and sides and stretched the spring enough holding the end of the spring with one side of small needle nose pliers and vice grips on the wire part. It literally took all my strength to stretch that spring about an inch and a half to connect to the wire. Rear clamp done. The front wire clamp was just as hard, so I took the old rear clamp which was longer and made a new front wire clamp that I only had to stretch the spring about an inch. Bosch has those springs ridiculously tight. The boot was no problem, I had the old one off and the new one on in 20 minutes.I tried till both of my thumbs were bleeding from the pressure.
