Ring Volume You can ad just the ring volume when yo ur fax machine is idle. You can se lect a ring volu me level or pres s or until th e ring is off. Press or to adjust the volume le vel. With eac h key press, the fax mach ine rings so you can hear th e current setting a nd the display sh ows the setting y ou are choosing. Each key press change s the volu me to the next setting. TX means Transmi t; RX means Receive.

The screen displays 4 Press 1 if you wan t to select addi tional setting s. The displa y return s to the Setup S end menu — OR —Press 2 if you hav e finished ch oosing sett ings, then go to S tep 5. 5 Enter the fax number you are callin g, and press Fax Start. Memory Transmission You can scan a fax into the machine’s memo ry. This w ill be sent as soon as the scan is completed. The LCD ind icates how much memory is available.
