At a minimum, a Transceiver (TM751 or RR501) or ActiveHome Pro Interface (CM15A) is required to test the EagleEye. If someone walks into an area protected by a sensor with Passive Infrared (PIR) Detection, then their body heat is detected, and the sensor is triggered. Needless to say, within the first two weeks, the chime rings at 1 am. Turns out after all the hubbub that the cat had run into our space heater and burnt some fur( a very furry cat). Take the battery powered Motion Detector and a Wireless Transceiver Module (TM751) and you have a complete system for controling lights. Just plug the cord from the lights into the TM751. Now whenever someone walks into my kitchen, the under-cabinet lights turn on. I programmed it to shut them off after 30 minutes. The unit is programmed by a sequence of presses on the two buttons. It's a little tricky but the instructions are clear. Write down the steps because in a year or so you will need to do it again when you replace the batteries.I have been moving my home automation from X10 to Zwave, but I can't get away from these X10 units because they are so reliable. You get a couple of years out of the batteries also. Shipping was 4 days instead of 2 days even though it says Prime.The box has some strange water marks on the outside, But the inside appears fine. Will follow up if I have any troubles after installation. PS this device has a screw that holds the battery cover in place. All my others had just a snap in cover.They have traveled with me and I am so used to turning lights on and off with a remote I would not know how to even work a switch:-) This serves the purpose of sitting on my porch and turning my porch light on and off when someone walks up. Works fine at short distances (25 ft. ) inside my home. But on my driveway, behind the wall of my aluminum sided mobile home, 35 feet away, NO. I am using a TM751 transceiver which apparently does not have sufficient sensitivity. Or the transmitted signal is too weak. Maybe on a wood sided home it might be OK. The lady I bought them from said they probably worked because they were her dads. These items look pretty decent considering the age. I know absolutely nothing about fish finders so these are untested and sold as-is. I wouldn't begin to know how to test them or what to look for. I wish I could test them but I really don't know anything about them. What you get is what you see pictured. I am not even sure if the third item goes with it(the metal piece on the cord) But it came in the same box and seems like it probably has something to do with it(so it does today) The two finders are an Eagle Silent Sixty and a Hummingbird Sixty.
