I make a chicken and rice casserole in the oven that everybody really likes, so I put all the ingredients in my pressure cooker and set the timer for 18 minutes. I didn’t know how much time, but the one in the oven takes an hour, so I thought if it wasn’t done in 18 minutes, I could just let it cook some more. It was not only done, it was better than making it in the oven!! My husband liked it better and said we can have it more now without heating up the house in the warm weather!!
