I was in the Patch mode, and while checking the other settings in the play menu, I found that Exp Pedal Hold was 'On'. I turned it off, and much to my surprise, the wah now stayed on when the Exp Sw is pressed and functions like it should. When I look at that parameter in the manual, it sure doesn't sound like that's what it controls.
