It is my opinion, DO NOT BUY THIS UNIT. You should spend the extra money and get a better product. As Matt as stated and being polite, it is a POS. Voice command?Thus far ( a couple pf months of operation ) I've had no problems with the operation of the Dual XDMA6415.Thus far ( a couple pf months of operation ) I've had no problems with the operation of the Dual XDMA6415. However something I did discover that was a feature of my 1989 VW Vanagon GL (full camper van) - the power lead to the VW factory cassette radio was always 'hot' - it did not lose power when the Vanagon's ignition was switched off. This feature would allow the radio or tapes to be played while the vehicle was stopped with the ignition turned off. Thus to turn off the VW installed radio the left radio knob would have to be rotated to the off position. When hooking up the Dual I discovered that even pushing the Dual's power button to 'off' did not power down the radio primary circuits (?) which meant that the vehicle battery was drained over a number of days. My solution: Route the 'hot' power lead from the Vanagon through a toggle switch (purchased from Radio Shack) which I installed on the dash. However the radio's memory lead (which draws much less power) continued to be hooked up to the hot lead from the Vanagon. To turn on the radio I now flip the toggle switch to 'On', push the Dual's power button to 'On' and for Bluetooth activation touch the telephone symbol at the upper left of the unit's face. Note that before Bluetooth will activate the first time I had to follow the Dual's Sync instructions.
